Assist clients with travel, logistics and program planning for conferences and other events (e.g., based on the client's preferences we can create a budget for the event, secure an appropriate venue, identify potential speakers to invite, assist with the filing of timely visa applications where international participants are involved, coordinate the ground and air transportation for participants and organizers, and implement day-of program-specific logistics)

Investigate and analyze specific topics or issues to expose potential risks, challenges and opportunities

Guide organizations through the payroll set-up process, review best practices for managing staff and volunteers, and advise clients on accounting issues relating to payroll, benefits and taxes

Advise clients on hardware and software solutions customized for their needs.

IRS Regulations


Provide guidance on compliance with IRS regulations for international grants from US organizations

Start-Up Logistics


Assist organizations in completing start-up logistics (e.g., advise and facilitate the preparation, filing and follow-up of all paperwork necessary to incorporate and get tax exempt status from their country’s relevant governmental authorities)

Strategic Planning


Provide organizations with strategic planning assistance that may include advising clients on the social, political, economic and legal implications of the organization’s plans.
